Arthur (Art) Martin
President

With over three decades of experience in property care and restoration, Art Martin knows what it takes to protect your investment. Art's career began with a foundation of discipline and duty in the U.S. Air Force—values that still drive his company today.

As a hands-on leader, Art has built a reputation for solving the toughest facility challenges and managing high-stakes emergency restoration projects. He is fully IICRC-certified in specialized fields, including:

  • Water Damage Restoration (WRT)

  • Applied Structural Drying (ASD)

  • Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT)

Whether managing daily commercial janitorial needs or leading a critical mold and water remediation project, Art ensures his team delivers unmatched expertise, absolute integrity, and total property transformation.

Christina Martin
Chief Operations Officer

With 13 years of experience in consulting, management, and leadership, Christina brings expertise, organization, and a strong attention to detail to ACM Maintenance LLC. Her background in HR consulting strengthened her ability to lead people, improve processes, and deliver meaningful results.

Christina co-founded ACM with Art in 2023 and oversees operations, helping ensure the company consistently delivers the high standards, reliability, and quality our clients expect.

Known for her love of planning and keeping things organized, Christina is passionate about people, cleaning, and well-maintained environments. Outside of ACM, she is a proud wife, mother, and fur-mom who values family, friends, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Hailey Her
Night Cleaning Manager

Hailey Her joined ACM Maintenance LLC in 2026 and serves as our Night Cleaning Manager. She brings a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in ensuring every facility is clean, organized, and maintained to ACM’s high standards.

Hailey plays an important role in overseeing nightly cleaning operations, supporting our team, and making sure each space is ready for the next day. Her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make her a valued part of the ACM team.
